Description:
Risperidone is a selective monoaminergic antagonist exhibiting different pharmacological properties from that of traditional neuroleptics. Nodiril tablets are indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic schizophrenic psychoses, and other psychotic conditions, in which positive symptoms and/or negative symptoms are prominent. Nodiril tablets also alleviate affective symptoms associated with schizophrenia and effectively maintain the clinical improvement during continuation therapy in patients who have shown an initial treatment response.
