Description:
Tensol belongs to a group of drugs called beta-blockers. It is a selective beta-adrenoceptor blocking agent selective for beta-1 receptors, without intrinsic adrenergic activity (ISA). Beta-blockers reduce the workload of the heart and help it to beat regularly. Tensol is used to treat hypertension and angina pectoris.
