Description:
Renil belongs to a group of drugs called ACE inhibitors. Renil inhibits the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), the enzyme that converts angiotensin I to angiotensin II. Angiotensin II is the most potent vasopressor of the body. Renil is used to treat hypertension and heart failure.
